The Volunteers of America Classic is pleased to announce the second annual Women’s Leadership Summit presented by Versant Health with experts from across a variety of industries sharing their own stories of adaptability in their careers and across their organizations.

Keynote Speaker: Andrea Kremer

SPEAKER: Christine Wylie

Christine Wylie is the Director, Global Sponsorships within the Global Brand Marketing division at MetLife.  She joined the organization in 2017 and oversees MetLife’s partnership with the PGA TOUR the New York Giants, New York Jets and naming rights of MetLife Stadium. She has over 15 years of experience in developing sports sponsorships and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

Prior to joining MetLife, Christine spent a decade at Octagon, a leading global agency in sports marketing. In her time there, she developed and executed strategic partnerships for BMW, AB InBev, JBL and Computer Associates and worked with FIFA, the PGA TOUR, the NBA and numerous cultural and lifestyle events.

Christine earned her Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University and currently resides in South Carolina with her husband, Matthew.

Speaker: Myung J. Lee

Myung J. Lee is the President & CEO of Volunteers of America-Greater New York. She joined the organization from Cities of Service, a global non-profit organization founded in 2009 by Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg, where she served as its inaugural Executive Director.

Before Cities of Service, Ms. Lee served as a Deputy Commissioner of New York City’s Administration for Children’s Services where she was responsible for the $1 billion Division of Early Care and Education. She was also the Tri-State Region Executive Director at Jumpstart for Young Children, Vice President of Marketing and Development at Safe Horizon, Program Director at the Partnership for the Homeless, and helped launch AmeriCorps at The Corporation for National and Community Service. Ms. Lee has also held senior positions in the private sector at Major League Baseball Advanced Media, LRN the Legal Knowledge Company, Modis legal staffing and the Wallace Law Registry.

Ms. Lee is a New Yorker who graduated from the Bronx High School of Science. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law School. She currently resides in Brooklyn with her husband and their daughter.

Speaker: Amy Mann

Amy Mann is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Versant Health, managing all organizational development, retention and recognition, as well as performance coaching and management development. Amy has nearly three decades of experience as a human resources leader, and in her role at Versant Health, she sits at the unique intersection of employee needs and vision insurance benefit solutions.
